Congratulations to our Pubnet
iPod Survey Winners
Congratulations to Ed Bourgeois of Hachette Book Group USA and
Marty Brockschmidt of POS Systems Inc. who each won a Pubnet iPod by
completing the annual Pubnet standards survey, sent out in December. We
still have to award our retail survey winner. Thanks to everyone who
participated - we'll be publishing the survey results at our upcoming
user group meeting (see below for more information).

The results are in! We’ve spent 2006 surveying publishers,
retailers and POS vendors about their EDI standards and practices so we
can launch a Pubnet certification program in 2007 based on real-world
behaviors. Now we want to share the results with you! Join us for the
2007 Pubnet User Group meeting – we’ll share survey results
and preview the new Pubnet certification program launching later in 2007.
Most importantly, we’ll get your feedback on how we can optimize
certification to benefit the entire Pubnet community. Plus we’ll
update you on the ISBN-13 transition, future plans to trade
